Responsibilities
● Facilitate communications with customers via various methods of contact provided including telephone (primary), email, or instant message through certain platforms.
● Learn and utilize the call scripts in order to maintain guided control of the conversation. Be authentic when speaking with customers and respond to their situations with empathy.
● Learn the business and learn how to prioritize the most urgent customer calls.
● Ensure a quality customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the dispatcher and/or technicians in the field.
● Record and report the service calls. Maintain and update the customer database with complete and accurate information.
● Assist in administrative duties such as keeping records, sending and receiving correspondence, scheduling, following up with customers, etc.
● Participate in training so that you grow and develop as a professional.
