Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential plumbing systems,
• Maintain communication with dispatch, your manager, parts and installation teams.
• Properly complete paperwork.
• Participate in training allowing you to grow and develop as a professional.

Education Requirements

• Prior experience and/or certification from a trade school.

Experience Requirements

• Preferred minimum of 5 years experience performing service and repair to plumbing systems and/or wet heating systems.

Desired Skills

• Troubleshooting and critical thinking skills.
• Social skills to connect with customers for a positive service experience.
• Apprentices should enjoy working with their hands, have a positive attitude, and be eager to learn.

Qualifications

• Have and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Maintain a professional appearance.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
