Derek was very knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient . He checked and did what was necessary to prepare our Central Air system as well as a separate mini split unit and an air purification unit, including replacing all filters, and a UV light. We would request Derek for future service visits, and could highly recommend him as well as Varsity, which has handled all of our heating and cooling needs for the last 15 years including the installation of Central Air and a gas conversion.
