James was pleasant,knowledgeable and explained the issue with my furnace with patience. He was very efficient and wasn't pushy at all. Varsity is lucky to have him as an engineer.I was very pleased with the customer service at Varsity when I first called and spoke with Christine,and then Candice. They promptly put me on the schedule for service the same day.I bought a contract and have peace of mind now,knowing they will service my furnace and A/C unit.Thank you!
