Derek came into my home well prepared, with a ladder, gloves, face mask, and shoe coverings. He did a fantastic job and explained all necessary details to me. He was extremely courteous and well mannered. This was a wonderful experience. He is always welcome Into my home. Thank you varsity for wonderful employee.
