A Fine Representative of Your Company
It was a fairly routine check of our air conditioning system, but Santiago really made my day by not just doing the job efficiently and thoroughly, but also by just being a really warm and friendly person who was as patient with my questions as he was with my barking dog! It's really a wonderful thing when someone manages to put a human face on what is essentially a commercial transaction, and by the time he left I not only felt that Santiago had completely checked my unit for the approaching warm weather, but that he had already brought a bit of summer into my life with his sunny personality and all-around niceness.
