Faucet Install
Was fortunate to have Ray as my service team member today. The install of my new Kohler kitchen faucet was tricky as the pipe threads on the unit were somewhat cross-threaded making screwing the nut on difficult. Ray could have told me to return the faucet but worked on correcting the cross-threading for over half an hour until he was finally able to thread on the nut properly. His patience and time saved me valuable time should I had to return the faucet by mail to Kohler. Nice job Ray!
