Always courteous and knowledgeable
John Martinez was my technician for a scheduled heating system inspection. He remembered that I have a blind cat & was mindful of closing doors when appropriate. He also inquired about my other , more exotic pets. This attention to detail is appreciated because it carries over to his job performance. He is knowledgeable and efficient, both qualities that are rare these days. I have never had a Varsity technician who did his/her job less than 110%.
