  • The Big Task:
  • You will provide in-home consultations to our customers, conferring with them to determine the best solutions to meet their HVAC needs while also working to achieve department sales and capacity goals.
  • Key Sub Tasks:
  • -Learn and become confident in all information about our products and pricing.
  • -Become an expert of your market area, understanding the customer needs and knowing the appropriate solutions.
  • -Establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
  • -Develop key client relationships, negotiating and closing deals.
  • -Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
  • -Ensure a quality customer experience. Show yourself as professional and knowledgeable to win new referrals and repeat business.

Education Requirements

  • License: Driver's License (Required)
  • Work authorization: United States (Required)
  • Required travel: 100% (Required) - Nassau & Suffolk County only

Experience Requirements

  • HVAC experience: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Sales experience: 5 years (Preferred)

  • Must have sales & customer service experience. Knowledge of HVAC systems is important for this role.
