I had a great experience with varsity for an installation of a heat pump and 2 mini splits. Booking the appointment online was convenient and got an estimate on the spot. Job was completed a week later and done in one day. All very nice and respectful. Customer service is great! Very hard to find a HVAC company like this, they even bring treats for your dog!

Recently got a ductless heating and cooling system installed by Varsity and couldn't have been happier with how it went. Gave me the best price compared to 3 other companies right off the bat and went over everything thoroughly. Then the installation team was extremely professional and polite and confirmed everything with me before installing to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it. They all went above and beyond and I couldn't have been happier with the service. 10/10 stars

I hired Varsity to do a heat pump and ductwork installation for my home. Excellent from the beginning. The technician was communicative and upfront with his plan making sure I was in agreement at every turn. The team was professional, friendly, upbeat, and worked very clean. It was a multiple day job and they cleaned up so well each day, it was like any other evening for us. One night we were away and they even fed our cats. I highly recommend Varsity for any HVAC needs.

They were very knowledgeable about the installation and products being installed. The process was explained to me every step of the way and the crew were very careful to keep me updated on their progress. I could see the crew communicated well among themselves and they were able to make adjustments to the work along the way based on the conditions of the walls and location of installation. This was a truly professional crew and they completed the installation as promised. They prepared for the work and cleaned up after themselves and left everything perfect. Varsity's responsiveness in scheduling, updating, getting me the quotes (same day!!!), reviewing the options, financing and everything was SUPER SPEEDY. Aside from that, the 2 techs that came to my home were SOOOOOO pleasant. They put on booties to walk through my house which really meant a lot to me since they would be on carpet and we don't wear shoes in our home. They answered my questions, talked to me about options and talked to me about the process. I had 2 other providers offer quotes, and even though one was a slightly better prices I decided to move forward with Varsity for multiple reasons: 1) these techs were great 2) the office staff! 3) the GM - I reached out about the proposals and he was SUPER kind, speedy and helpful. He even went ahead and ordered my unit to make sure they purchased my unit before it went out of stock during these crazy times. I can tell based on the service so far, I will have no issues. And if there is an issue, I am confident they will resolve it immediately. You can tell they care about every single person from a prospect to a customer. Now seeing everything Varsity does, they will be my go to for everything HVAC and Plumbing related in my home from here out!

I called about my A/C not working. It was the day after a major holiday which must have been a very busy day, and you still squeezed me in. The tech arrived, knew exactly what was wrong and fixed it. After reviewing and getting estimates from several companies, we decided, due to their outstanding reviews, to use Varsity Home Service to replace our entire central air conditioning system. There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the salespeople and technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell items. They came to our house on time and evaluated our house and made recommendations as to what they felt was the appropriate replacement system to satisfy our needs. Everyone we dealt with made our experience a most pleasant one, explained what we needed and helped us make the right decision regarding the system that would be best for us. Their estimate and cost for the system we chose was competitive. After making the decision to use their services, they came on time, the technicians were knowledgeable and efficient in replacing our system, they answered all questions to our satisfaction, explained and reviewed the function of the system, tested out the system, and they removed all debris and the old system from the premises. Everyone that I dealt with in the company was pleasant, concerned, knowledgeable, receptive, and efficient. There is no question that I would recommend to anyone who needed air conditioning services, installation, or replacement that they use Varsity Home Service.
