Yesterday, was the first time that I had met Will. He was very courteous and explained in detail what the job was going to entail. I was just so happy that he showed up! He is very knowledgeable in this field. The job he did in the bathroom was very professional. He did an amazing job. He even gave me a quote to some plumbing issues I was having in the basement for a few years, but kept putting it off because of finances. He informed me that Varsity has finance availability. I could not believe how patient and understating he was. I have been a customer of Varsity for quite a few years. Your company is the best of the best. Congratulations of your 2021 awards. Your staff is amazing. I would highly recommend Varsity to any who has plumbing issues. Thank you Will, for making my day less stressful.

Having my appointment cancelled twice and an attempted third time cancellation I was pretty much determined to no longer do business with Varsity. Then Derek entered my home. He was not only professional and knowledgeable, he was also personable (rare quality these days in young people). It was such a pleasure speaking with him. He explained what was necessary to keep my unit operating perfectly. He is a credit to your company and has definitely influenced my decision to remain a Varsity customer.

We have had Will come to our house for several issues and will continue to request him as our tech. Will is friendly, highly skilled and always takes the time to explain the nature of the problem and our options. Will has always been respectful of our property and we feel completely comfortable when he is in our home. We know we can always count on Will to do the right thing in the best way possible.

Derek was a very professional, caring, informative and thorough serviceman. As a senior citizen and the first time Varsity has worked at my house I was very anxious of the appointment but Derek made it easy and comfortable. Dealings with everyone I spoke with were very good. I want to thank all of them for fixing my AC in a timely manner and I can now breathe in my home. A very polite and friendly staff.

Karl provided outstanding service for me today. It was a regular plumbing inspection, but I had a few different things that needed to be addressed. He explained everything and took the time to find the best and most cost-effective solution for me. Highly recommend!!
