after system turn on, one unit was not performing effectively. Steve gathered all the information, determined the cause and resolved it. He was professional and courteous throughout.

I am more than pleased. Luis and crew, Brian and Michael did a marvelous job. Even when they ran into a huge problem, as our attic was not big enough to accommodate the new air handler, Luis did not give up until he was able to solve the issue. First, I assumed they had to come back but Luis assured me that everything will be taken care of the same day. I am very impressed with their dedication, pride and courtesy in which they handled and completed the job. Thank you, Luis, Brian and Michael.

Our experience with the Varsity team surpassed our expectations. Everyone we’ve encountered from Ariel and Christine in the office to Steve and Anthony who gave us the best first impression during the estimate and layout consultation convinced us that we chose the right company to install our Bosch central air system. We were apprehensive about the process but, Lou, Ryan K. , Doug , Matt A & Ramon were the consummate professionals. Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, hard-working and friendly , they made sure we were informed each step of the way. The team made us feel confident that we were in good hands as our home was transformed in two days. The guys cleaned up after their work was completed and we are extremely pleased with the results! We would recommend Varsity wholeheartedly!

I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to let potential customers know that this company was nothing short of excellent. All of their phone staff was knowledgeable, patient and polite each and every time I called. I was lucky that they sent James as my serviceman! He was so efficient and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and that needed to be done...no pressure or phony sales talk. It's so rare to find a company that delivers at all ends, but I have to say I was very happy and satisfied with Varsity and James.
