Very happy I called Varsity for the problems with my heating system. Connor showed up on time and wearing all the personal protective equipment I was told he would be wearing. He gave me a quick rundown of how they complete their diagnostics and got right to work. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous the entire time. He took the time to explain everything to me and made sure I understood when I had more questions. I felt very comfortable knowing I was in good hands and signed up for their annual heating contract.

Connor was on time when the appt was scheduled for. He was polite and professional. Prior to having Varsity Home Service come and give us an estimate, we had several other companies come that had been "highly recommended", but once Connor was finished with his walk thru, we decided to sign up with Varsity because Connor appeared to be very informative about all the options that would be available to us for us to make an informed decision. All of our questions were answered fully without having to ask for further clarification. After the explanation about the system and equipment that may be available, we were told about what to expect before the installation would be started, this way we wouldn't have any surprises.

Home for a funeral and I find a leak spraying into electric box. My neighbor just used Varsity and recommended. House water back on in hours. Thankful for the kind people on the phones, efficient company, and quick professional and friendly service. You made a hard day easier.
