Anthony was punctual and courteous. He put on shoe covers to keep my house clean. He explained everything he was working on and kept me updated. I was told I had a slab leak in my home and needed to get fixed. I called Varsity and Marc came the same day. He was very professional and polite. He conducted the inspection and then gave me two solutions and repairing the leak. I must say the service was exceptional. Thank you.

We called out Varsity to help with our thermostat that was warning of issues with our heat pump. When the tech arrived we were glad to see the same tech we have had in the past, Anthony S. As always he was extremely friendly and professional, putting on covers on his boots anytime he had to walk around the house. Anthony was able to diagnose the issue and then took time to explain the issue as well as the settings in the thermostat that needed to be adjusted to both prolong the life of our unit and increase the efficiency. Varsity has always provided us with a fantastic experience, they prove why they are so highly rated every time they show up.

I have been a Varsity customer for more than a decade. The have provide repairs, when necessary, installed new systems, and provided scheduled maintenance to ensure the systems are in tip top shape.
