John Martinez was my technician for a scheduled heating system inspection. He remembered that I have a blind cat & was mindful of closing doors when appropriate. He also inquired about my other , more exotic pets. This attention to detail is appreciated because it carries over to his job performance. He is knowledgeable and efficient, both qualities that are rare these days. I have never had a Varsity technician who did his/her job less than 110%.

Larry arrived on time, got right to work getting the burner ready for the season. Suggested a few items to take care of-will be doing that soon. Larry took the time to explain everything he did, was very friendly and efficent. As always great service from Varsity.
