"I feel like a valued customer with their responsiveness & efficiency when there is an issue with my home. Highly recommend them after trying out a few other companies who are not as concerned for your business."

"When they say you’re joining the Varsity family, they’re not kidding! Every call was answered or immediately returned. I knew who was coming to my house by name & I got a confirmation call as well as a 30-minute reminder ahead of appointments. We highly recommend Varsity & thank them for their work."

"The Varsity team made it feel like a visit from a family member. Warm, friendly & engaging. Highly professional & inspired us with the utmost confidence. That personality really puts a human face on a service call. When there are many businesses to choose from, this makes all the difference to us. We’ll never look anywhere but to Varsity!"

"There is no question that we made the right choice to use this company. From the pleasant attitude of the receptionist to the salespeople & technical support, they showed concern as to what system would be best for our needs without pressure to upsell."

UV light installation

Mary L. 6 years ago

Derek was very knowledgeable about the UV light and he answered all of our questions. He was also very polite, and he worked in a very neat manner, showing and explaining the workings to my husband. I would give Derek a very high rating, and Varsity should be pleased to know that Derek is an asset to them!
