This is the 2nd time Derek came to our house. The first time was for a repair to our burner. Derek is such a professional, nice caring individual he even gets along with our dog. Today's visit was for the yearly maintenance of the burner and true to form Derek is still the same caring professional person. Varsity is very luck to have such an employee as Derek. If my dog Layla could rate him she would also give 5 stars.
