Wow! Am I glad we discovered Varsity Service for our plumbing issue! From initial call to final invoice delivery, everything was professional, well organized and truly designed for complete customer service. Our initial call to inquire for service was answered by Dana, who provided friendly service and a thorough explanation of the pricing policy- no surprises with this company! We were kept informed of estimated arrival time of Mark S., who provided an assessment of the plumbing issues and up-front determination of the cost for repairs. Again- no unexpected surprises. Mark repaired the issue in a timely manner, going the extra mile to answer all of our questions in a patient and courteous manner. He was respectful of our property and very neat in his work. My husband and I highly recommend Varsity Home Services !

Varsity provided me with timely professional service, to make sure my Air Handler was repaired. Phone service was courteous and professional, and the servicer was polite, pleasant to talk to, and explained the details of the work he performed in a straightforward and easy to understand manner. I will most assuredly request their services in the future should the need arise.

shutoff valve and shower faucet repair
lVarsity employees John and Brian performed maintenance to replace a main shut off valve. Then they also replaced a malfunctioning faucet assembly in my shower. Both techs acted in an efficient, professional manner. They explained what they were doing, and why they were doing it. They were neat, and cleaned up after the work. My family and I recommend these two techs. We have called upon Varsity several times in the past years. They also showed us that the main shut off valve on the Water Authority's side was leaking, and the ground wire was corroded. We have notified the Authority. We would not have known about this problem if the techs had not told us.
