Will is my go to plumber at Varsity. He put in the new gas boiler and is familiar with "this old house". On top of that, he is just the nicest person you would want to meet.

Steve was professional, knowledgeable and friendly.Im very satisfied with his work.

Despite my drama and issues delaying the project, the staff at Varsity, accommodated me and treated me politely with respect through the whole process. The Installation team was efficient and very competent. The thing that impressed me most was listening to one of the more experienced team members coaching and helping one of the newer men. He was clear, positive, encouraging and patient. Nothing said more to me about the dedication to excellence and pride in their work. If you have home needs. Definitely give Varsity a chance. Thanks for everything Chris, Connor, Greg, Luis, Santiago and Vidal!

Steven S. and his crew mates Matthew S. and Matt C. were A+ and a GREAT team! They came early, got right to work, and completed the installation of our new Bosch heat pump and air conditioning unit in a very efficient way. We’re extremely satisfied with how everything went today and are now Varsity Home Service customers for life!

Wonderful experience

I will start by saying that Varsity is a little on the expensive side, but they are worth it. I had an issue pop up on Saturday and they were at my house Monday morning. If it was an emergency they could have been there sooner. Tim and Vidal came over. They were extremely professional, polite and knowledgeable. I thought my problem would take multiple visits to fix. They came totally prepared, found the problem quickly and had it fixed in a few hours. I don’t usually write reviews unless they are for really good or really bad experiences. This was a really good one. I would not hesitate to recommend the company.

Heat in the Kitchen!

the kitchen needed more heat, Varsity came in and gave me options to best suit my needs. The installation of a toe kick heater went smoothly and we will now have heat in the kitchen come the winter - which will be an enormous help. Finally a special thank you to Connor who stayed late to help fix a thermostat issue that arose.

Central AC installation was excellent

The crew were professional, efficient and knowledgable. they were able to find exactly where to run the ducts and vents for each room quickly and smoothly. Overall install took 2 days and the ac system has been running like a dream ever since.
