Central A/C Inspection

Derek was the technician who came to do the inspection on my central air conditioning unit. He did a thorough inspection of the unit and made a recommendation that was brilliant. There was no need to call back to make an appointment, he took care of it right on the spot! I couldn’t be more pleased with the knowledge and professionalism he showed during the inspection. Before starting the additional work, he gave me a quote and explained the process so there were no surprises. I would highly recommend Derek and Varsity, you won’t be disappointed!!

I want to thank your team for responding to my emergency. Your call center was great in listening to my problem and making very effort to assist. He called back as promised. And through some miracle of his making he dispatched a tech to our house. Although the technician was not able to fix my HVAC at the time he did explain what he did and what the problem was.

A/C unit repair

Service tech was knowledgable and clearly explained the pros & cons of repair vs replacement of older unit. We chose to repair the unit for now and recharge the coolant. Probable replacement next year. Repairs were carried out efficiently and successfully. Overall a positive experience.

Will was very friendly. Got to work immediately. He explained what he was doing and why it would correct the problem. After he replaced the flush handle, he had me try it several times to be sure I was satisfied that the problem was fixed.
