James is wonderful. He is super professional and knowledgable. Thanks for helping me and for doing such a great job installing and set up my new ductless system.

Service tech was knowledgable and clearly explained the pros & cons of repair vs replacement of older unit. We chose to repair the unit for now and recharge the coolant. Probable replacement next year. Repairs were carried out efficiently and successfully. Overall a positive experience.

Will was very friendly. Got to work immediately. He explained what he was doing and why it would correct the problem. After he replaced the flush handle, he had me try it several times to be sure I was satisfied that the problem was fixed.

3 technicians came and diligently worked all day to finish the job. They were courteous, and knowledgeable. They cleaned up after themselves and walked me through the process so I was comfortable. I am considering installing new boiler and water tank and asked for a quote on the job. Would definitely recommend.

The Varsity Home Services Team came through for us! Eddie evaluated our needs, Tim selected the appropriate equipment, and we were ably installed within one week by Chris, Tyler and Santiago. Eric oversaw the entire project with hand holding and reassurance- the team was masked , bootied ,and multiple drop cloths were used to protect our home. Kudos for Great Service! We couldn’t be cooler or more satisfied ! Plus, we have the Varsity Team to back us up in the future !!

My experience was definitely a trying one. With no fault to Varsity, numerous issues had arisen during my project. At times it was frustrating, but the team at Varsity worked with me every step and got the job done and done right. Any company can do a good job, a good company stands by your side when issues arise and works hard at making everything right. To me that is Varsity.
