Unexpected HVAC leak
Derek L. came over and spoke with my son in law who has a much better understanding of mechanical situations than I have. Derek fixed the problem which was two part with a smile on his masked face ( I could see he was smiling from his eyes) even though he was working on his birthday! He also helped me secure a heating and cooling service contract. He is an exceptional employee for Varsity.
