Instead of attempting to fix something out of his scope, he communicated with dispatcher to arrange for appropriately skilled technician for the the job involved. I appreciate his honesty and coordination in getting the problem solved. as well as giving me the reassurance that further efforts will be made.

Tim showed up very fast. Helped address a gas issue in my house that was an emergency. Helped prevent having to relocate me, my wife and 4 year old little girl on one of the coldest nights. Very friendly and did great work. I would recommend them to anyone.

We were under the impression that our humidifier broke but the technician quickly figured out that the flap for humidity to circulate is closed. He charged no fees, even for the diagnosis. They are always on time and very professional.
