Will was on time, courteous, professional and let us know exactly what our options were. He snaked out the drain in our kitchen which was always slow and frequently backed up; now it is clear. He was also kind enough to wait in his truck while my wife had to go out to pick up our grandchildren. This was the second time using Varsity plumbing and we were very satisfied with both visits and will continue to use Varsity Plumbing if the need arises.

James was pleasant,knowledgeable and explained the issue with my furnace with patience. He was very efficient and wasn't pushy at all. Varsity is lucky to have him as an engineer.I was very pleased with the customer service at Varsity when I first called and spoke with Christine,and then Candice. They promptly put me on the schedule for service the same day.I bought a contract and have peace of mind now,knowing they will service my furnace and A/C unit.Thank you!

Called about a boiler issue. The dispatch staff was kind and knowledgeable and did what they could to expedite the process of getting a a service tech to my home. The service tech (Paul) walked me through the issue and wasn’t pushy as to how to handle my options going forward. He was very professional.
