Called about a boiler issue. The dispatch staff was kind and knowledgeable and did what they could to expedite the process of getting a a service tech to my home. The service tech (Paul) walked me through the issue and wasn’t pushy as to how to handle my options going forward. He was very professional.

We had the pleasure of meeting Will today for service call on our boiler to install a automatic water feed. Could not be more satisfied with every aspect of the service from start to finish. Despite a more complex wiring job than initially expected, Will was diligent in securing the necessary information and equipment to get the job accomplished. He was extremely professional, personable and represented Varsity well with exceptional knowledge and high degree of customer service. Varsity earned a new customer today...Thank You!

Eric at Varsity has come through again. Eric, the rest of the office staff and the technicians have always been wonderful. This time it was the replacement of a gate valve. They have assisted us over the years with everything from floor leaks and floods to a/c installations and maintenance. We're grateful that we have always been treated fairly.

Jason found the leak in the slab and then did minimal destruction to break through it and then did an excellent repair. He was neat and courteous. He explained what he was going to do before doing it.
