Vidal does really clean work. He is extremely knowledgeable and really explains everything perfectly.

very impressed. johnatan and ramon were the ultimate professionals. i’m pretty cynical, but varsity showed me you can get what’s promised…and more. my previous tank always had problems. i didn’t know how bad it was until i received proper service. now there is no heat escaping from my unit, the unit is vented properly, and even my clothes and dish washers run better—must have been the pump. and all the cheap piping was replaced with copper! beautiful. i was not compensated to say any of this. i’m just content and even somewhat amazed!

John did an excellent job of changing the water filter. He explained everything thoroughly, and was very courteous and friendly. He was extremely helpful in teaching me about the valves and how the filter works. Thank you for the service John provided. Because of John, and Varsity Home Service we have healthy water and are safe in our home.

Technician Ray installed a kitchen faucet for me last Friday. He was very courteous professional and polite. He went above and beyond and explained everything he was doing. He also cleaned up everything when he was done. I would definitely ask for Ray if I need any service in the future.
