Excellent Service

We just moved into our home and had called Varsity Plumbing and Heating to check and service our furnace. Craig was great! He checked our system and the two filters. He then let us know what we could do to improve the performance. He also told us of other services that Varsity offers. We decided to sign up for the upgraded plan where Varsity even checks the sewer line. Such a great feature for us as we had always had a cesspool until we purchased this house. I recommend Varsity Plumbing & Heating to everyone. Craig was neat and clean. My husband and I were very pleased with this service call and Craig.

I just had Craig K. and Mike K. come over to fix a part in my AC unit. Very polite both put on there booties when they came in the house which is always appreciated. The guys were very thorough, they didn’t just throw the part in a leave they made sure the unit was working properly. Great guys. Give them a raise!

We had a water filtration system installed & my water pipes by the meter were very old. Vidal had done plumbing work for us last month & we gave him a look to ask his advice. He explained everything that would be done & we scheduled the job. He is extremely knowledgeable & we were confident the job would be done fine! Well of course when you try to connect old pipes with new pipes/valves several issues arose. Vidal remained calm, explained they had to get a part that was not on the truck & it would take some time to go get it. They returned & continued the job. They encountered more troubles with a valve (?), he came up & explained to my husband what was going on, but reassured him that he wasn't leaving until all was complete. Vidal & his partner really put in a full day. We are so happy with their work!
