Derek was a very pleasant, friendly technician. He explained what he was going to do in the attic and what he recommended I should do regarding the condenser. He patiently explained it to me several times, since I was not familiar with what he thought I should do. It was a pleasure having him work at my house. His personality really came through. I would be remiss if I did not note what a kind man Eric is. Kindness never goes unnoticed.

Jennifer was awesome with getting me an appointment right away she was friendly and so helpful. My techs James and Alex were knowledgeable friendly and so helpful I will recommend Varsity and use them from now on! You guys were so amazing! ?????? 5 stars ?? All the way for this crew!

I was impressed with Derek's ability to answer all of my questions. He clearly was focused on the issue,our furnace,and gave the time needed for diagnosis and explaining possible senarios- whether repair or replace.
