Having received many estimates for a new gas boiler I decided on Varsity for many reasons. Their rave reviews online, their customer support ( someone always answers the phone and was kind and considerate) and their reputation for doing quality work. I had a hot water issue that I thought was boiler related and after signing on with Varsity they were able to give me a complete hot water set up for no cost until all the permits were cleared for the boiler install. Being that were in the middle of the pandemic the permit took 3 months to get due to less staffing in our town offices. Dave at Varsity always took my calls for updates and if he was busy someone else would. When it came time for the new boiler their crew was always wearing masks. These guys spent a day and a half here and were always respectful to the household and to the concerns of covid 19. Dave was the supervisor on the job and Connor did the install like a true artist. I called these guys after getting multiple estimates from Facebook groups and referrals but they were the only ones that were licensed and insured. I know I’m stating the obvious but too many people are getting these types of jobs done and then when something goes wrong there’s no support. All the guys from the varsity team care and really respect you and the work they do. Tim was also great along with all their assistants. Thank you Varsity!!
