New toilet needed adjustment and repair

Robert came on time, was very knowledgeable and professional. He was able to correct the problem With the faulty new toilet. He also fixed the caulking at the base of the toilet.

Vidal with support from Jake helped our family navigate a plumbing issue that led to us losing heat in the winter. Vidal was thorough, professional, and thoughtful in the way explained the potential issue, went about identifying the suspected leak, and then ultimately having to go through a concrete slab to fix the confirmed source of the leak underneath our Den floor. You get the quality and assurance you pay up for!

Craig K. was prompt to show up within a half of calling Varsity heating. He reviewed the situation and quickly found it to be water in the pipes to which he drained the pipes through the boiler. Considering nothing had to be repaired, it wasn't that bad. Craig stayed to make sure heat was restored to the upstairs. I highly recommend Varsity.

Craig was able to diagnose my heating issue and quickly resolve the issue. He has a wealth of knowledge spanning 30 years. He was personable and easily explained to me the problem and the solution. I would recommend Craig without a doubt!!!!

My experience was great. Anthony was very helpful and pleasant, just waiting to see if my part will be available and for the prices, hopefully it is not as bad as it sounds. But Anthony did say that they will try to give me the best price.

Jimmy did an excellent job for me. He was polite and very competent. I'd give him more than 5 stars! He explained how the heating system works and discovered another issue with the domestic hot water tank. The system should work better than before. JC
