install was good, service is non existent on Oil fired units, company failed too mentioned that they would no longer service oil fired units- so if you was dumb enough to invest in their Gold Maintenance Protection Plan, you would have lost monies and plainly false advertisement. Would not recommend this company.

Plumbing Inspection

Excellent! Varsity called to schedule plumbing inspection per our contract. Was able to do same day. Artur came within the time frame designated and inspected all our water pipes. He looked at our washing machine and found our hoses were worn and asked us if we wanted them changed today. We agreed and he promptly got our hoses replaced with new threaded hoses good for another seven years. The old ones looked as if they were ready to go soon! Thankfully a disaster was averted. Thank you Varsity and Artur for your continued excellent service!!

John did a great job once he figured out the problem. He also did conference call to confirm the course of action. Was trick and tough but he was to get it done to help me and he did. Thanks again John and your helper.

My water heater was leaking water and Derek came to see what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. He explaining everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I could tell he had a lot of experience. He was also very friendly with my kids who were running around. Dedicated worker.
