My problem was a bit confusing and uncommon. Derek, my technician , entered my home with respect to me, my home and Corona Virus protections. Derek was pleasant, polite, eager to identify the problem and make the repair. He was efficient, honest, personable and knowledgeable. Varsity is a reliable, caring, honest company...I am always satisfied and have recommended this company to my family and friends... Thank you to Derek and Varsity.
