I had a persistent problem with a possible leak in my new toilet. varsity sent mark who turns out to be one of their more experienced plumbers... He proceeded with some diagnostics. and in short order found the problem and went beyond that an ordered a new part even though his repair was holding... he was. very meticulous in finding an answer and I got lucky he showed up. and was so skilled. I definitely know. Who to ask for in the future for similar issues. Great job varsity and mark!!
