After 2 days of intense August heat, and I am sure working long hours in hot houses and attics, Derek showed up at our house at 5pm. What a nice young Man! He was pleasant and professional and diagnosed our issue in short order. Made the repair and was on his way. He is a credit to Varsity and once again shows I made the correct decision for using Varsity for my installation and service.
