I had called Varsity 2 weeks ago for my AC. This past Sunday, I called Varsity for a leak under my kitchen sink. They promised that a technician would be at my house later that same day. I was Garrett’s last call that day, but he took his time troubleshooting and diagnosing the issue. He then patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns, and gave me all of my options. He was professional and respectful, but courteous and friendly (especially at the end of a long Sunday workday). I have had two very positive experiences with Varsity in the past two weeks, and I highly recommend them.

Chris was totally professional. He diagnosed the problem with the unit and carefully explained all of my options and answered all of my questions. I see why Varsity has a 5 Star rating!

As in the past, we were very happy with the service we received. Varsity called us to schedule out yearly tune-up on our acs. The technician, Derek, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. As in the past, a very positive experience.

I made an appointment because my AC wasn’t working at all. I was given an appointment the very next day. The technician, Derek, was professional, knowledgeable and personable. He diagnosed and fixed the issue and communicated with me every step of the way. A very positive experience.

Making an emergency call is never a pleasant experience but thanks to all from Varsity they helped get the job completed as quick as possible. I have always been on the giving end of customer service and today I was on the receiving end. I felt like I was made the priority. Ryan was able to troubleshoot, get us the necessary part delivered while they continued to do what they needed to. I had hot water running again in no time. Thank you!!
