Great Customer Service
When I called in and spoke with Karen I was greeted warmly. Karen went over company history and made me an appointment for my air conditioning units and condenser. We were lucky to meet John P who walked us through the process and gave us a great quote. John was informative and answered all our questions. We set up our installation day with John and told us what to expect. The day of installation was started with a phone call of arrival time and photos of the installation technician. We were greeted by Kevin,Matt and Tommy. They were three of the nicest guys pleasant and very knowledgeable. They walked us through what was going to happen for the day and went right to work. They continued with the installation and worked clean and treated our house with respect. When they were done they cleaned up and left nothing behind. I would definitely recommend Varsity for your air and heating needs.
