John was here for maintenance check. due to his thorough exam, he found some issues that needed repair that I would not have noticed until total system failure. I appreciated his willingness to explain and show me the steps in his evaluation, clearly showed me the problem areas, and made helpful suggestions for remedy.. he was patient and willing to listen to my concerns and very knowledgeable about systems function and technology.

For the first time in my experience, a serviceman did not need to study a manual and read instructions for repair before proceeding with diagnosing my system. He recognized all the error codes, knew how to investigate them and promptly identified why my boiler had failed. I'm sold, ... Varsity will be my company.

He thoroughly inspected our 11-year-old Navien combi boiler, clearly identified the problems, and promptly offered us a couple of viable solutions. John took the time to patiently explain the options, demonstrating his expertise with Navien systems. We were extremely pleased with his service and professionalism."
