We have used Varsity for all of our heating and air conditioning services for many years.The team member arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and professional. He serviced our gas furnace to check it and prepare it for winter, explaining everything he did.We would definitely request the same team member for any future service.

Johnnathan was very knowledgeable and easily diagnosed my heating issue. He was pleasant and personable. He was able to fix the problem during the visit as he had the parts on the truck. That was important to me as the weather is turning colder. I would highly recommend Jonathan!!!

For the first time in my experience, a serviceman did not need to study a manual and read instructions for repair before proceeding with diagnosing my system. He recognized all the error codes, knew how to investigate them and promptly identified why my boiler had failed. I'm sold, ... Varsity will be my company.

Varsity visited today to perform recommended maintenance on my Navien combi boiler John the technician who has worked on the our system before is always professional knowledgeable and pleasant He is happy to answer all our questions since this is much different than the heating system we had in the past. He sometimes provides us with some recommendations to think about but we never feel pressured. We value the communication and customer service we receive and will continue to use Varsity

We had water coming out from the shingles of our home. We called and was told they could send someone by 6 pm. Johnathan arrived onetime, was extremely polite and professional. He determined the problem and corrected it very quickly. I would definitely recommend Johnathan for anyone with plumbing issues. I would also like to thank Sylvia for getting us an appointment that same day. The staff at Varsity are always professional and knowledgeable. thank you.
