John was here for maintenance check. due to his thorough exam, he found some issues that needed repair that I would not have noticed until total system failure. I appreciated his willingness to explain and show me the steps in his evaluation, clearly showed me the problem areas, and made helpful suggestions for remedy.. he was patient and willing to listen to my concerns and very knowledgeable about systems function and technology.
Excellent Customer Service
We had water coming out from the shingles of our home. We called and was told they could send someone by 6 pm. Johnathan arrived onetime, was extremely polite and professional. He determined the problem and corrected it very quickly. I would definitely recommend Johnathan for anyone with plumbing issues. We have used Varsity for all of our heating and air conditioning services for many years.The team member arrived on time, and was very knowledgeable and professional. Combination Boiler
Johnnatan is the best. He was sent to fix a problem with our combo system not providing hot water. Johnnatan found the issue fixed it and then made sure all gauges and the gas pressure were at appropriate levels. Johnnatan is an exceptional technician and is also very polite and neat.
