Vidal, was very prompt and patience even when the Navient System wasn't providing any error codes to determine what the problem was Vidal continue to trouble shoot the issue. He wouldn't take No as a response he was determined to get to the bottom of the issue. True customer service.

Vidal with support from Jake helped our family navigate a plumbing issue that led to us losing heat in the winter. Vidal was thorough, professional, and thoughtful in the way explained the potential issue, went about identifying the suspected leak, and then ultimately having to go through a concrete slab to fix the confirmed source of the leak underneath our Den floor. You get the quality and assurance you pay up for!

Our heating system broke down on a very cold day and we were happy with the response time from Varsity. We were also happy with V who handled the service call in a professional and friendly manner. We had many questions and he took the time to answer them thoroughly and explained what he was going to do. We felt he was very knowledgeable about our particular system Thank you V!

Vidal located the leak in my basement floor within minutes. He is a knowledgeable and astute plumber. Vidal is also skilled at determining areas of need and repair. I have confidence in Vidal’s skills to help maintain our plumbing! Excellent job! Ryan was here with Vidal . He also completed the work in an excellent manner. Bathroom and garage were spotless after the job! Well done.!
