From the first call to the quote V was great! So knowledgeable, kind and thorough.

Vidal with support from Jake helped our family navigate a plumbing issue that led to us losing heat in the winter. Vidal was thorough, professional, and thoughtful in the way explained the potential issue, went about identifying the suspected leak, and then ultimately having to go through a concrete slab to fix the confirmed source of the leak underneath our Den floor. You get the quality and assurance you pay up for!

When you need a plumber it really helps to have a guy come in & tell you what you need or might not need in terms of the problem. Diagnosing the issue made it easier to digest a rather large bill. Vidal gave us his assessment & we agreed to having the work done. It was certainly not an easy job but it was done to perfection. He answered all my husband's questions while he worked & continued to get it done in a timely manner. He really wanted us to be satisfied with the result & we were!

Vidal, was very prompt and patience even when the Navient System wasn't providing any error codes to determine what the problem was Vidal continue to trouble shoot the issue. He wouldn't take No as a response he was determined to get to the bottom of the issue. True customer service.
