Meeting Vidal Argueta was such a pleasure! He was very professional and immediately went right to work! They explained to me exactly what the issue was and what my next step would be. Our heating system broke down on a very cold day and we were happy with the response time from Varsity. We were also happy with V who handled the service call in a professional and friendly manner. We had many questions and he took the time to answer them thoroughly and explained what he was going to do. We felt he was very knowledgeable about our particular system Thank you V!

When you need a plumber it really helps to have a guy come in & tell you what you need or might not need in terms of the problem. Diagnosing the issue made it easier to digest a rather large bill. Vidal gave us his assessment & we agreed to having the work done. It was certainly not an easy job but it was done to perfection. He answered all my husband's questions while he worked & continued to get it done in a timely manner. He really wanted us to be satisfied with the result & we were!

Vidal, was very prompt and patience even when the Navient System wasn't providing any error codes to determine what the problem was Vidal continue to trouble shoot the issue. He wouldn't take No as a response he was determined to get to the bottom of the issue. True customer service.
