Awesome Plumbing Technician
I have used Varsity in the past. They have always been reliable. On Friday, I needed a leak under my bathroom fix. A technician by the name of Vidal A. came. He was very friendly and courteous. After looking at the leaky pipe, he noticed that my faucet was corroded, which he replaced and that my toilet was very outdated and wasting water. Not only did he take the time to order me a new toilet right then, which his assistant went to get, he also ordered and replaced another toilet with the same problem. In addition to that, he replaced my hot water heater. He was very thorough in explaining the process and price, which I thought seemed reasonable. He gave you the option to decide what you wanted to do. He had patience to talk to me and very respectful of any questions I had. Vidal was very knowledgeable in explaining everything. I was amazed at the time, patience and hard work that he put into doing everything, which was a full day. I was astonished he came to fix a leaky pipe and did what he did.
