Really appreciated Varsity’s fast response time and patience in communicating with me over the phone when we needed help with a water leak at our rental property. The technician, Sean Flynn, was very professional and took his time to take photos and explain in detail what the issue was and how to resolve. Anna Otten, customer service supervisor, was also very pleasant in handling my questions over the phone. Thank you both!
