Derek is an excellent technition and we would definitely request him again. He was friendly, professional, courtious, knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection/service/maintenance. Explained what he was doing, answered our questions and even changed the filter, we provided. We would not hesitate to recommend Varsity to family and friends. Thank you Derek!
