My water heater was leaking water and Derek came to see what the problem was. He was very knowledgeable and showed me exactly what was wrong with it. He explaining everything he was doing and answered all of my questions. I could tell he had a lot of experience. He was also very friendly with my kids who were running around. Dedicated worker.
