Outstanding Service
Derek performed a season startup for our A/C units. He advised us that our coils needed to be cleaned out such that our units would operate more efficiently. He did a great job and even had to finish the job in the pouring rain. He also noticed that one of the units was not level. He brought that to our attention, and then raised it by putting some tiles that we had on hand underneath the unit. He went above and beyond, and we appreciated his focus on quality.
