A big company like varsity claimed they could not do my little $5,000 propane heating service. No reason…. Just singled me out and said sorry we can’t do it. Luckily Hartman heating. Came through for me. Never call Varsity again.

Vidal arrived within 10 minutes of phone call say he was on his way. He assessed the job and gave me options for repair. He completed the repair quickly to my satisfaction . He also had a helper Pat who was very professional. As usual Varsity came through for me.

Luis is a real asset, highly knowledgeable, skilled, professional and informative. Not only was he he prompt in addressing my emergency on New Year’s Day he took the extra time to explain in each scenario and possibility as well as outcomes. He fixed what needed to be fixed most importantly with no issues or sugar coating and most important be was honest and sincere. Total gentlemen and professional in his field well above his peers with his knowledge and experience. A real asset. I’ll be asking for Luis each time. Highly recommend Luis from Varsity.
