Dealings with everyone I spoke with were very good. I want to thank all of them for fixing my AC in a timely manner and I can now breathe in my home. A very polite and friendly staff.

Karl provided outstanding service for me today. It was a regular plumbing inspection, but I had a few different things that needed to be addressed. He explained everything and took the time to find the best and most cost-effective solution for me. Highly recommend!!

It was a great experience with Derek like we had with him in the past. If it wasn't for Derek, I would give a 2 star review since I am still disappointed with Varsity for completing the tune up appointment on a 3rd appointment.

Steve S came to my residence on time and ready to address the situation. It had to do with the cooling system. He was neat in his workflow, a good communicator of the situation and the remedy. He is the type of employee a firm can be proud of.
