On July 7, 2021, we incurred a slab leak. We contacted Varsity the next day, (7/8/2021) and scheduled a consultation with Jennifer of the Varsity Team. Jennifer was sympathetic of our issue and dispatched Tim K. Tim was great and spent time with us and our options. His experience helped pinpoint the location of the leak. The following day, William G and Max H. were on site and were extremely professional. William and Max were considerate of our finished flooring as to only break up what was needed to fix the leak and preserve our new floors. They were clean, neat and when they were done, we didn't even know they were there. I would highly recommend Varsity for their outstanding workmanship!
