Had Varsity back for a follow up repair from a month ago. They were extremely responsive, and my tech Robert Kelly was punctual, very professional, and resolved my issue quickly. I would definitely recommend Robert and Varsity.

Our experience with the Varsity team surpassed our expectations. Everyone we’ve encountered from Ariel and Christine in the office to Steve and Anthony who gave us the best first impression during the estimate and layout consultation convinced us that we chose the right company to install our Bosch central air system. We were apprehensive about the process but, Lou, Ryan K. , Doug , Matt A & Ramon were the consummate professionals. Courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, hard-working and friendly , they made sure we were informed each step of the way. The team made us feel confident that we were in good hands as our home was transformed in two days. The guys cleaned up after their work was completed and we are extremely pleased with the results! We would recommend Varsity wholeheartedly!

I don't usually write reviews but I felt the need to let potential customers know that this company was nothing short of excellent. All of their phone staff was knowledgeable, patient and polite each and every time I called. I was lucky that they sent James as my serviceman! He was so efficient and took the time to explain everything that he was doing and that needed to be done...no pressure or phony sales talk. It's so rare to find a company that delivers at all ends, but I have to say I was very happy and satisfied with Varsity and James.

Derek is an excellent technition and we would definitely request him again. He was friendly, professional, courtious, knowledgeable and performed a thorough inspection/service/maintenance.
