Excellent Service

We woke up to no heat at 8am… within 2 hours of calling Varsity … Ralph and Eric were at our house diagnosing the problem and thoroughly explaining what needed to be done. They reacted to the urgency of having no heat to the upstairs to our house and will be here tomorrow to replace the burner. They are both knowledgeable and professional.

Marc S. evaluated our plumbing system and found several vulverable areas. He explained everything thoroughly, and performed the needed work. He was friendly, polite and considerate. It is because of Varsity and Marc. S that we feel safe in our home.

Annual Maintenance service

We had our annual maintenance service on Jan 16, 2025. The technician who came to do the inspection was John. He was very professional. He checked each of our bathrooms, kitchen and laundry room. He explained the issues that he was finding, in each of those rooms. He gave us three options to consider, He e-mailed the options to us so that we could review and decide what we wanted to do.

I want to thank Varsity for their fast and amazing service! I called on Friday about my heat not working correctly, and by Monday morning, a technician was at my door. The two gentlemen who came were knowledgeable, professional, and represented the company incredibly well.
