Perseverance and Professionalism

It was a terrible thing to be without heat on one of the coldest days of the winter, but Danny came to our rescue and did not relent in getting to the bottom of our problem until he found an answer.Using every scrap of knowledge and experience he could, coordinating with his manager, and, above all, showing only the best of all possible faces while working under lousy conditions (a freezing cold garage), he cheerfully did his work until the proper part was replaced and the furnace was functioning normally. Danny is a credit to his profession and a very special human being - and if he were an Islanders fan, he would be perfect!!! Thanks to him and to all the team at Varsity for getting us through this crisis.

Danny quickly isolated my problems and fixed everything. He went above and beyond to get my heaters up and running. I was very impressed with his work and the manner in which he handled himself. He is a credit to the company. There should be more like him.

Great experience with Varsity and Danny (the technician). Called in the AM about a small concern with my furnace and someone arrived within 2 hours! Danny was phenomenal and assured me after extensive diagnostics that the furnace was functioning normally. I’ve called Varsity multiple times and every experience has been five stars. This company has the best techs hands down of any Plumbing and HVAC company in all of Long Island!
