Great experience with Varsity and Danny (the technician). Called in the AM about a small concern with my furnace and someone arrived within 2 hours! Danny was phenomenal and assured me after extensive diagnostics that the furnace was functioning normally. I’ve called Varsity multiple times and every experience has been five stars. This company has the best techs hands down of any Plumbing and HVAC company in all of Long Island!

Derek was very professional and put me at ease right away as I was a little anxious about exactly what the problem was. He told me what the problem was explained what he was planning to do as he went along. He’s very knowledgeable and customer oriented.

Dan, as the plumbing technician representative for Varsity plumbing, heating and air conditioning, was the best experience that I've ever had. My wife and I greatly appreciated that he wore a mask in this COVID-19 environment. In addition, his work was expertly done.. He appeared to be very knowledgeable as his work was quick and efficient. And, I honestly believe that in pricing the job, he looked out for our best finacial interests. I would definitely recommend Varsity plumbing to everyone!

Brian diagnosed correctly and fixed our prolonged and annoying problem in 30 minutes, while other plumbers attempted and couldn’t help me. I am grateful and amazed with his manners and professionalism. Thank you Mr. Brian, we are so relieved.

They came and fixed the leak in kitchen sink. The work was done in less than a hour and cost $563. Seems to me way to expensive for a simple job. Don’t think I’d use them again
