Connor & Matt responded to my request for an examination and evaluation of my current boiler which is 20 years old. Connor was thorough and extremely helpful in pointing a variety of options from repair to replacement using similar equipment or upgrading to more modern technology. I await their estimates in writing.

Derek and Daniel came in and explained the problem with my oil filter and had it replaced in no time at all (at a reasonable price). My boiler works great again, and I don't have to worry about my pets dying or my house burning down. 10/10, would call Varsity again for service.

Great Experience

Again I had a great experience with Varsity. Called Varsity because I was told by my Cesspool vendor that I would have to jackhammer the concrete around my main waste pipe in the house to get to the waste pipe trap. Called Varsity to see if they did this kind of work before attempting to DIY it. (I have never "Jack hammered" and worried about damaging the waste line pipe + unknowns). Varsity wisely recommended assessing the situation and sent techs Will G and Greg. In 10 minutes they identified that the trap was NOT buried under the concrete but used his super powers to find the trap was adjacent to the waste pipe UNDER the laminate flooring! This saved me money, unnecessary labor, potential damage, and a bunch of additional stress. As always they were courteous and professional. Thanks Again Varsity!
