Excellent. I needed to shut down the air conditioning system but was unaware of how to do so. Steven showed me how to do the shutdown from outside and also from my panel box. He was very kind and patient and even relabeled the breakers so that I would know their location. I am extremely pleased.

We have used Varsity before, and have been very satisfied. If you have ever had a slab leak, you would know how important it is for a quick response, and professional, efficient & calm service experience.. William was our most recent technician that came here, and I must say he addressed the issue, and was very professional, efficient and calming and respectful, especially during this time, dealing with Covid..We would like to have him back again in the future to help us with some other plumbing issues.Thank you.
